Nancy Gordon graduated from the Columbus College\u00a0of Art and Design (Ohio) with a BFA. \u00a0She always wanted to be a children illustrator, but when she graduated from college she looked for a job that needed an illustrator, but none were to be found.<\/p>\n
She landed a job in the textile industry creating wall covering design and loved it. Nancy has also worked for a greeting card company creating card and wrapping paper designs. She has also done freelance work creating children\u2019s designs on fabrics, beach towels, wall covering and children\u2019s clothing.<\/p>\n
Nancy has enjoyed a variety of venues in her art, but her favorites have been the times she created designs for children, in greeting cards, schoolbooks, and notebooks.<\/p>\n
